



































Currently working with sourdough for the first time! It’s honestly thrilling and I’m excited to develop some break making skills!!

Right now I’m making a French Country Bread, so far it’s rising really nicely. I had to knead it by hand a few times and it shall rest for 12 hours or longer since it will be 12am by the time 12 hours has passed by ☹️.


I’ll update once they’ve risen more and hopefully they turn out beautiful and tasty!


My current obsession is my oatmeal. I like to blend the oats and then I don’t measure anything so I just simmer it with water and milk, add a pinch of salt, maple syrup or honey, and last but not least I separately caramelized bananas and top it off with cinnamon!
