Tried a new recipe yesterday, I really loved it as it’s a comforting recipe. I will post the recipe I used as it’s wonderfully simple and to the point! I definitely over caramelized the onions but they didn’t taste burnt so I salted them a little and it added a great flavor to the lentil soup which has a very simple warm lentil flavor. I will definitely consume this during the winter time.
